After graduating spring of 2021, I joined Procter & Gamble's Analytics and Insight (A&I) division headquartered in Cincinnati, OH. Within A&I, I focus on end-to-end Consumer Marketing Knowledge for North America Hair Care, working with the brands Old Spice, Aussie, NoU, and portfolio-level business analysis.
In 2022, I received a role expansion into brand management and became the Senior Brand Manager for Aussie's 2024 innovation. By leading a multifunctional team of 20+ members, I developed the go-to-market strategy for pack design, media, distribution, and financial strategies.
Currently, my role is split with 70% of my work plan within A&I and 30% within Brand Management.
MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES

Head Consumer Analyst for Old Spice, Aussie, & NOU brands bringing human insights to the center of business plans and retail execution.

Conduct end-to-end quantitative and qualitative research, including business objective alignment, study methodology selection and execution, results analysis, findings presentation to senior leadership, and implementation of study findings into brand plans, media content, and retail strategies.

Manage a team of 20+ to develop 2023 - 2025 product innovations returning initiative bundles.

Institute NA Hair Care’s portfolio strategy and response to inflation by analyzing third-party sales data & first-party qualitative research to discover consumers' behavioral shifts driving purchase changes during economic instability.

Lead NA Hair Care’s Brand Health Tracking program to measure each brand’s equity, awareness, & association.
